He is a member of the Apostolic Council and the Director of Finance. He heads the Finance committee of the ministry and the Head Pastor of TOP Ministries International, Kumasi. Currently, he is the Acting District Pastor of the Kumasi district of the church.
Rev. Peter Asamoah became born again in August 1976 at Wamfie in the Brong Ahafo region of Ghana. Soon afterwards, he became a founding member of the Wamfie Christian fellowship in 1976. A year later, he became the president of the fellowship, a position he held for ten years. In 1982, he attended the All Nations For Christ Bible Institute in Benin City, Nigeria. He became an executive member of the Living Faith Ministries, a non-denominational ministry, from 1983 to 1988. In 1988, he became a founding member of TOP Church and was responsible for planting local churches in Wamfie, Kyeremasu and Wamanafo.
Rev. Peter Asamoah is happily married to Mrs Asamoah and they have been blessed with three girls and a boy.
